The Threat Analyst Certification is a vendor-neutral credential exam for IT Professionals looking to expand their foundational knowledge with the realm of Threat Intelligence. OpSec Cyber Security Institute’s Threat Analyst Certification exam tests the skills necessary for IT Professionals knowledge of Threat Intelligence and a Threat’s capabilities.
The Threat Analyst Certification program provides the IT Professional the knowledge for defining a Threat Intelligence strategy for a company’s cyber presence. The program will direct the student in determining daily threats, gathering threat data from sources, identifying threat mitigation techniques and evolution of the threat landscape.
The Threat Analyst student will additionally be responsible for developing tools, procedures and automation techniques for processing of this threat knowledge. The program will instruct the leveraging of this threat knowledge for risk mitigation techniques and deploying of the threat indicators within an environment.
