Network Authentication

The Network Authentication Certification is a vendor-neutral credential exam for IT Professionals looking to expand their foundational knowledge with Network Based Authentication and the associated responses to it - Authorization and Access Control. 

OpSec Cyber Security Institute’s Network Authentication Certification exam tests the skills necessary for IT Professionals for developing Network Authentication Mechanisms for securing access to resources within an organization .

 

The Network Authentication Certification program provides the IT Professional the ability to develop, implement and maintain Network Authentication Mechanisms for an organizations access to resources.  The program will instruct the Network Authentication student to plan Network Authentication Mechanisms for multiple network media, encryption methods, backend server challenge responses and certificate data integration.

 

The program will additionally instruct the student with real-world scenarios for authentication into architectures that include VPN, Data Center, Cloud, Web Proxy and Application.  The student will implement Network devices communicating with backend Radius Servers and integration to a PKI environment.  This real-world scenario will showcase this advanced Network Authentication automation for devices connecting to the Network.

 

The OpSec Cyber Security Institute’s Network Authentication Certification will focus its training and structured labs with the standard domain structure containing:

                        Domain 1:  Network Authentication Basics

                        Domain 2:  Introduction to Cryptography

                        Domain 3:  Network Authentication Mechanisms

                        Domain 4:  PKI/Certificate Authentication Integration

                        Domain 5:  Radius Server Integration
