Multi-Factor Auth w/Biometrics

The Multi-factor Authentication Certification is a vendor-neutral credential exam for IT Professionals looking to expand their foundational knowledge with an authentication method that adds a layer of security for protection against the leading cause of data breaches – compromised credentials.  OpSec Cyber Security Institute’s Multi-factor Authentication Certification exam will test the skills necessary for IT Professionals for developing Multi-factor Authentication Mechanisms for securing access to resources within an organization.

 

The Multi-factor Authentication Certification program provides the IT Professional the ability to develop, implement and maintain Multi-factor Authentication Mechanisms while instructing the student to determine the appropriate credential factors to apply for the Organization’s Authentication Model.  The student will plan authentication factors for access to resources while determining the encryption methods, backend server challenge responses, certificate data integration and additional software/hardware factors.

 

The program will additionally instruct the student with real-world scenarios for authentication into architectures that include VPN, Data Center, Cloud, Web Proxy and Application.  The student will implement Multi-factor authentication for devices communicating with backend Radius Servers, SSO and integration to a PKI environment.  This real-world scenario will showcase this advanced Authentication automation for devices connecting to the Network and validating the entity with those devices.

 

The OpSec Cyber Security Institute’s Multi-factor Authentication Certification will focus its training and structured labs with the standard domain structure containing:

 

                        Domain 1:  Multi-factor Authentication Intro & Basics

                        Domain 2:  Introduction to Cryptography

                        Domain 3:  Multi-factor Authentication Mechanisms & Biometrics

                        Domain 4:  Software and Hardware Authentication Factors

                        Domain 5:  PKI/Certificate Authentication Integration

                        Domain 6:  SSO/Radius Server Integration
